Annual Inspections |
Included in all Clark's contracts, an annual inspection is performed to ensure that your home is protected from termite infestation.
Technicians are trained to inspect for evidence of termites or other wood destroying organisms as well as excessive moisture conditions.

- Premier – Includes Baiting System + Clark’s Pest Defense System
- Platinum – Combined with Advanced Termite Baiting System
- Gold – Renewable for as long as you own your home and is transferrable after you sell
- Green – Renewable for up to 10 years
- Blue – Renewable for 5 years
